| Personality | Clever and a quick thinker to go along with it, Kertiek has always been lucky in that knowledge comes easily to him and he picks new things up quickly. It's meant he can be prone to boredom in lessons and can be a trouble maker because of it.
Arrogant, with a sense of entitlement, Kertiek expects a lot from himself, never doubting he'll get where he expects to be. That his father has held the rank of Weyrleader on and off through his life hasn't helped either. |

| Other Notes | Born and raised at Virlante, Kertiek has been standing since he was 15 but so far no dragon has looked at him on the Virlante sands. Sydne felt a change might be good for him (maybe even knock some of his arrogance out of him), so suggested he might like to try his luck at another Weyr. Isla was her suggestion.
